Vision Coaching is for the moment when life looks fine on the outside, but something inside keeps asking for your attention. You may feel unclear, restless, or ready for change, without knowing exactly what that change is yet.
Across six sessions, we use reflective coaching, practical tools, and gentle strategy to understand where you are now, reconnect with what truly matters, and shape a personal vision you can trust in real life.
A six-session journey to hear your voice, trust your values, and shape your vision.
A six-session coaching journey to help you make sense of what keeps circling in your mind, reconnect with your voice and values, and shape a personal vision you can trust, return to, and begin to live.
The journey moves through three connected stages.
We begin by understanding where you are now:
what feels unclear, what no longer fully fits, and what has been asking for your attention. This gives us the starting point for the work, without rushing into answers before they feel true.
Together, we explore what matters beneath the noise, what has been shaping your choices, and what beliefs or patterns may be keeping you stuck. This is where we begin separating your own voice from pressure, fear, expectation, or old versions of yourself.
From that clarity, we begin shaping a personal vision that feels honest, grounded, and possible. You leave with language for what you want, a clearer sense of direction, and the first aligned steps to begin living it.
Six 60-minute 1:1 sessions, usually completed over 3–4 months, with enough space between sessions to reflect and integrate.
Simple prompts and reflection work help you stay connected to what we explore in each session and gently prepare for the next one.
Sessions are held online via video call, with limited in-person availability in London. Each session gives you a calm, focused space to explore what feels unclear and reconnect with your own direction.
A tangible vision you can return to, with first steps that help you begin living it.
Not a vague dream or a five-year plan.
A living direction that feels true to you — something you can return to when things feel unclear.
You understand better where you are now,
what has been shaping your choices, and what you may be ready to carry forward or leave behind.
The noise gets quieter. You begin to know what to say yes to, what to let go of, and why it matters.
Not a to-do list. A set of honest, doable next steps that come from who you are, not from pressure, perfectionism, or what you think you should do.
You begin to trust yourself more.
Not perfectly - but more than before.
And that changes everything.
Barbora is able to uncover individual layers and guide me deeper into the topics we explore.
She recognizes when it’s necessary to slow down and spend more time on a subject, and she can also gently lead me through areas that are uncomfortable or even painful for me.
I appreciate her empathy and professionalism, as well as the time she dedicates to preparing for our sessions.

That is usually where we start.
Not with a perfect plan, but with the feeling that something is ready to be understood differently.
From there, we gently shape clarity and direction together.
Coaching is different from therapy. It is not designed to treat trauma or mental health conditions.
If therapeutic support feels more appropriate, we would recognise that with care and keep the coaching space within its proper scope.
Coaching is forward-focused. We work from where you are now towards where you want to go, using reflective questions, practical tools, and gentle strategy.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Between sessions, I may offer small reflective practices or prompts to support what we are exploring together. They are optional, but they can gently deepen the work and help you bring the sessions into real life. Nothing is designed to feel overwhelming or add to your already full plate.
Absolutely. The Call is for any woman in transition, whether that is a career shift, a life change, a relationship, motherhood, or simply a quiet knowing that something needs to shift. You do not need a business goal to benefit from this work.
